Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions Walibi Holland, the terms beginning with a capital letter have the following meanings:

General Terms and Conditions: the present General Terms and Conditions;

Buyer: the (legal) person that enters into a sales agreement with Walibi Holland in relation to admission tickets, haunted house ticket, Fast Lane e-service or subscription;

Park Regulations: the Park Regulations Walibi Holland made available to the Buyer;

Walibi: Walibi Holland B.V., established in Biddinghuizen, being the user of these Terms and Conditions in its capacity as seller:

Applicability

  • The Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of admission tickets, haunted house tickets, Fast Lane e-service and season tickets through  www.walibi.nl or at the Guest Service in the park.
  • The Terms and Conditions are accepted by the Buyer in a cool and unconditional manner at the time of making the purchase and have been provided by Walibi.
  • The Terms and Conditions are available for inspection at the park entrance, will be sent free of charge upon request and can also be accessed at www.walibi.nl.

Entrance tickets

  • Walibi Holland works online with dynamic entrance prices, because of this the entrance price can vary per day. The order overview shows a calendar with the current online prices. 
  • Walibi provides e-entrance tickets provided with a unique barcode. The e-entrance tickets can be downloaded immediately after payment, in addition the entrance tickets are sent digitally to the email address provided.
  • Walibi is not liable if the email address entered by the Buyer is incorrect, or if the email account does not work correctly.
  • Buyer must print the e-entrance tickets himself and bring them to the park. 
  • The entrance ticket will be checked at the entrance to the park. Each entrance ticket can only be used once. After the check at the entrance, the entrance ticket loses its value. 
  • An undated ticket is valid only in the season it was purchased. 
  • The barcodes on the entrance tickets must not be folded or damaged. If damaged, access to the park may be denied. 
  • The purchase of the entrance tickets is not subject to the legal cooling-off period of 14 days according to the "Distance Selling Law" because it is a form of leisure activity and because of the limited validity of the entrance tickets.
  • The credit card transaction will be charged immediately
  • Walibi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without reason. The Buyer will be notified by email.
  • If due to technical failures of any kind that prevent payment from being processed and/or authorized in a timely manner, Walibi accepts no liability. And the Buyer will have no right to a refund.
  • It is not permitted to use the admission tickets for commercial purposes without the written consent of Walibi.
  • Entrance tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or discounts.
  • Once purchased admission tickets cannot be exchanged and there is no right to a refund.
  • Walibi reserves the right to change opening days and/or times during the season.
  • In connection with the safety of its guests, Walibi reserves the right to close its doors in the event of large numbers of visitors. If the Guest is already in possession of a valid Entrance Ticket then the arrangement is that the Entrance Ticket can be converted to another date, in the same seasonal year, of his/her choice. Walibi accepts no liability for travel costs incurred.
  • In case of a situation where public order is disturbed or an unsafe situation exists, Walibi is entitled to close the park by return and deny the guests access to the park. In case of closure of the park, there is no right to (partial) refund or compensation.

Fast Lane e-service

  • In addition to the Fast Lane e-service, Buyer always needs an entrance ticket or subscription to enter the park.
  • The Fast Lane e-service is an online application that allows the Buyer to use the reservation system for a seat in one of the nine participating rides, this through free Wifi.
  • The Fast Lane e-service can only be purchased online via Master Card, PayPal, Visa or Ideal and in cash at the Guest Service desk in the park.
  • If due to technical failures of any kind that prevent payment from being processed and/or authorized in a timely manner, Walibi accepts no liability and the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If due to failure of Wifi or defect of Buyer's cell phone, no use of the Fast Lane e-service can be made, Walibi accepts no liability and Buyer has no right to a refund.
  • The Buyer is not entitled to a refund if waiting times are shorter than expected and the right to a refund expires once the Fast Lane has been used.

Tickets for haunted houses

  • During Halloween Fright Nights, Copper can visit several haunted houses in the park. To enter a haunted house, a ticket must be purchased online in advance.
  • Buyer can purchase individual tickets per haunted house, but can also choose a bundle for one entry to all haunted houses or a VIP ticket that allows Buyer to enter all haunted houses once and does not require Buyer to queue.
  • In addition to the ticket for the haunted houses, Buyer always needs an entrance ticket or season ticket to enter the park.
  • The ticket for the haunted houses can only be purchased online via Master Card, PayPal, Visa or Ideal.
  • The credit card transaction will be charged immediately
  • If due to technical disruptions of any kind that prevent payment from being processed and/or authorized in a timely manner, Walibi accepts no liability and the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund.
  • If due to interference no use can be made of the ticket for the haunted houses, Walibi accepts no liability and the Buyer has no right to a refund.

Walibi Holland subscription terms and conditions

These are the Subscription Terms and Conditions of Walibi Holland B.V. (hereinafter: Walibi Holland).

The Buyer: the Buyer is either a consumer or a professional Buyer. A consumer is defined as any person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business. The professional Buyer is defined as any person who does not fall under the definition of consumer. The Distance Selling Act does not apply to the professional Buyer.

SUBSCRIPTION GENERAL

  • A season ticket is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • Walibi Holland has the right to ask for identification at park entrance.
  • Subscriptions will be mailed to the Buyer as soon as possible after purchase. Walibi strives to deliver the season ticket to the Buyer within 30 calendar days. If you have not yet received your Walibi season ticket when you want to visit Walibi, please request a temporary barcode in time at abonnementen@walibiholland.nl. Due to processing time, Walibi cannot guarantee that you will be able to visit Walibi within one week of purchase.
  • The Buyer must provide complete and accurate data. Providing incorrect or incomplete data may result in the blocking of the subscription.
  • The season ticket holder must present the season ticket to the employee at the season ticket entrance when entering the park.
  • Subscription passes must not be folded or damaged. If the pass is seriously damaged, access to the park may be denied.
  • The season ticket holder may purchase a parking pass for a one-time fee of €32.50. The parking pass allows the use of the parking lot for one car per day during the respective season in which it is purchased, exclusively in combination with a park visit during regular opening hours.
  • The Walibi season ticket gives unlimited access on regular opening days throughout the season, unlimited access to Halloween Spooky Days-only days and twice access to Halloween Fright Nights.
    • It is not possible to visit the park with a season ticket during sold-out days, events and/or privatized days unless otherwise indicated. Check here for current opening days and times.
  • The Walibi subscription HFN+ provides unlimited access on regular opening days throughout the season, unlimited access to Halloween Spooky Days-only days and unlimited access to Halloween Fright Nights.
    • It is not possible to visit the park with a season ticket during sold-out days, events and/or privatized days unless otherwise indicated. Check here for current opening days and times.
  • It is mandatory to carry the ticket with the reservation as well as the physical Walibi season ticket on the date of visit. If the Buyer has not yet received the physical Walibi pass and has used his or her temporary barcode to make the reservation, the order confirmation including the temporary barcode will have to be shown at the entrance gate of Walibi Holland.
  • Walibi Holland reserves the right to change benefits and conditions of season tickets during the season. This is not subject to a refund policy.
  • It is not possible to terminate the subscription, after the purchase until the end of the validity of the pass, in the interim. The Buyer is not entitled to a refund.
  • Walibi Holland is not liable for damage, loss or theft of the season ticket pass. In case of loss of the pass or a severely damaged pass, the season ticket holder can request a new pass at the Group Cashier of Walibi Holland. An administration fee will be charged for this. The old pass is immediately invalid and the new pass can be used immediately. To replace the pass, the season ticket holder must be present in person and be able to present a valid ID.
  • When a season ticket holder forgets his/her pass, he/she can only gain access to the park when the old pass is immediately replaced for a new pass. Walibi is entitled to charge a fee for this. In order for the pass to be replaced, the season ticket holder must be present in person and be able to provide valid proof of identity.
  • In case of improper use of the subscription, Walibi has the right to confiscate the pass and block the subscription and the Buyer has no right to a refund.
  • Upon entering the park, the Subscriber agrees to the park regulations of Walibi Holland. In case of non-respect of the park regulations, the subscription card may be taken and blocked for the rest of the season. In this case, the season ticket holder is not entitled to any compensation or refund.
  • In connection with the safety of guests, Walibi Holland reserves the right to close its doors in the event of large visitor numbers, this also applies to season ticket holders. In this case the season ticket holder will not be entitled to any compensation or refund of (travel) expenses.

WALIBI ABONNEMENT

  • A Walibi pass is a regular pass valid for one person.
  • It is not possible to add passes later to an already placed order.              

WALIBI FRIENDS SUBSCRIPTION

  • A Walibi friends pass is a pass for a minimum of 4 people. Each person receives one Walibi pass.
  • Minimum 4 passes per order. It is not possible to add passes later to an already placed order.              
  • Pass holders do not necessarily have to be friends of each other. The discount applies to anyone who purchases 4 passes at the same time.

WALIBI FAMILIE ABONNEMENT

  • A Walibi Family pass is valid for 4 or 5 people. Each family member receives one Walibi pass. 
  • A Walibi Family Pass is only valid for one or two parents plus unmarried children living at home under the age of 21. Maximum of five people.  Adding an additional unmarried family member living at home under the age of 21 for €40 can be done at the Group Box Office at the park. Online this is unfortunately not possible.

DISCOUNT IN WALIBI HOLLAND

  • Upon presentation of your valid Walibi pass you will receive a 10% discount on Hospitality and Merchandise excluding paid attractions, cigarettes and alcohol. The discount is not valid in combination with other promotions and discounts within Walibi Holland.

Terms and conditions of Walibi Village

In these Terms and Conditions for Walibi Village, terms beginning with a capital letter shall have the following meanings:

  • General Terms and Conditions: the present general terms and conditions;
  • Buyer: the (legal) person entering into a purchase agreement with Walibi Village regarding reservations and agreements relating to all accommodation and other facilities rented by Walibi Village.
  • Park Regulations: the Walibi Village Park Regulations made available to the Buyer.
  • The Recon Terms and Conditions form a universal part of these Terms and Conditions and are attached to these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of the RECRON Terms and Conditions are always applicable (www.recron.nl).
  • Walibi Holland Holiday Park B.V., established in Biddinghuizen, being the user of these Terms and Conditions in its capacity as Seller:

Other

  • The credit card transaction will be charged immediately.
  • If Walibi cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, there is no right to a refund.
  • In these Terms and Conditions, force majeure includes, in addition to its definition in law and jurisprudence, all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, over which Walibi has no control, but which prevent Walibi from fulfilling its obligations. This includes, but is not limited to: fire, accident, illness, pandemic, strike, riot, war, governmental measures, extreme weather conditions and transportation impediments.
  • The data mentioned on the site and in any promotional materials are provided for informational purposes only. Walibi assumes no liability for this information and reserves the right to make changes without notice. Walibi cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Buyer using this information.
  • Walibi respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information provided by Buyer to Walibi is kept confidential. 
  • If authorized by the Buyer, personal data will be used to keep the Buyer informed about new products and services of Walibi and other Compagnie des Alpes parks. 
  • These General Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law, to the exclusion of the Vienna Sales Convention. 
  • In all cases not provided for in these Terms and Conditions, the management of Walibi will decide.
